A huge thank you to NI Water for coming to visit us today, helping us kick off our 'Liquid Gold' topic in which we will be learning all about water and just how precious it is for us and all living things! We learnt loads of key scientific facts about water and also the incredible journey our water goes on to become safe drinking water. The process truly is remarkable! We talked about how important it is to look after water becasue of how precious it is and ended up with lots of tips to reduce our water usage. We even get to see some powdered poo that had been incinerated as we learned about the how water helps us all stay hygienic. It was all very fascinating!
