We really enjoyed joining our friends from P1-4 for a special visit from nurse Jordain. She came dressed in her uniform and talked to the children about the important work she does to keep people healthy. Everyone loved seeing some of the equipment she uses in her job and listened with interest as she explained how each item is used. We were even given the opportunity to listen to our own heartbeat with a stethoscope! This was a wonderful opportunity for the children to learn about real-life helpers in our community.
