As part of our 'Senses' topic, we had Len from Telford's Opticians come to visit the class and share his expertise with us.
We learned all about: -why our eye sight is so valuable -how to keep our eyes safe -what kinds of foods support eye health -what an eye check up and sight test consists of -how glasses have changed and improved over time (including getting to see some fascinating older pairs of glass from over 150 years ago!)
The class were fantastic at listening, responding and asking great questions to deepen their understanding.
