The theme for this issue of High Five is to Be Content. Even when things aren't going the way we had planned, we can still find things that are good enough. By thinking of all the little things that we are thankful for, we can help ourselves to feel content. In this issue, our EOTAS centres share lots of great ideas for how to be the best you can be at Being Content.
